The Guest Experience Malta

Feeling proud to have spearheaded this new GUEST EXPERIENCE MALTA idea together with TCTC-ITS.

Transnational meetings to import ideas from from the experts in this field.

Coordination to setup course structures and content.

Another community training project that will surely upskill individuals in the Tourism and Hospitality industry.

Training will be provided across all communities around Malta and Gozo in 2020 in the fields of:-

- Customer Service in the Hospitality and Tourism Industry
- Tourism ICT
- Housekeeping training
- Food Handling training

All this will be offered for free across 2020.
