Course Description and Learning Outcomes:
In this course basic ICT skills will be aimed to target low skilled individuals interested in pursuing/furthering a career in the hospitality industry, but lack the most basic skills.
It is envisaged that this course contributes to the most basic of skills of ICT. During the course the following topics will be covered: -

- Windows 10
- Storage Devices
- Managing files and folders
- Managing Files and Folders
- Basic Numeracy
- Microsoft Word
- Basic Internet
- Creating a Gmail Account
- Social Media

Those people who are interested in enhancing their ICT skills which will then continue onto the customer care course.
